30 Day Changemaker Journey
Is it your task (and passion) to facilitate change in your organisation? Or in our society in general? This program is crafted to help you create tangible impact in your work while achieving clarity, effectiveness, and resilience. We’ll focus on inner sustainability—well-being, burnout-prevention, and self-management—and how that connects to making a real-world impact, through better communication, strategies, and connections.
Each week, you'll dive into sessions, workshops, and reflection practices designed to help you clarify your goals, sharpen your strategies, and connect with a supportive community. In total, the program needs attention of approximately two working days from you. You are very flexible to join live or to make use of our recordings.
Does it seem like your vision is always just beyond your reach?
Are you looking for ways to align your purpose with practical actions, without burning out along the way?
Do you want tools that help you build resilience, improve your communication, and create lasting impact—both for yourself and the world?
If you answered yes to any of these, our 30-Day Changemaker Journey is for you.
Pre-Challenge Assessment: Performance and Purpose Evaluation
Participants start with an in-depth assessment to evaluate their purpose, resilience, well-being and efficiency.
Take stock of your strengths and stress points. We guide you in setting a personal or professional project goal for the challenge.
Discover your Ikigai - the intersection of what you love, what you are good at, and what your organisation or the world needs.
Set a personal or professional project goal for the journey.
This first session is designed to support you as you create clarity around your vision. We are guiding you to discover your strengths and set goals that align with your deeper purpose. By the end of this phase, you’ll have a clear sense of where you’re headed and the confidence to move forward.
Domain-Experts exchanging with you on your Strategy and Implementation
You master practical tools and cultivate a changemaker mindset with bite-sized daily lessons delivered by email, ranging from reflections and exercises to tips and insights.
Depending on your needs, you meet in small-group settings through “An Hour With”-sessions and masterclasses with direct access to ask questions, seek advice, and dive deeply into topics with specialists across fields. All masterclasses will also be available as replays, so you can revisit these sessions at your convenience.
In this phase we offer you a wide range of content from organizational leadership and strategy, touching team dynamics and the mapping of influences in your organisation, to practical tools of bringing your message across (with impactful storytelling techniques, with overcoming presentation anxiety, refining your body language, and learning how to track and manage progress).
Apply what you've learned, trouble-shoot and reflect in a safe space
After developing a plan for implemention, you will have the opportunity to exchange with fellow Sustainians and session leaders about your progress and challenges. We support you as you re-evaluate, refine and apply your strategy.
We will further teach you how to sustain your energy, cultivating physical and mental practices with actionable strategies for preventing burnout and maintaining purpose.
In two Ring of Alchemists Serendipity Sessions you will connect with experts and peers while we are facilitating breakthrough conversations and shared solutions.
After working through this process of embodying your vision with tangible action and progress in your life, you’ll revisit your Performance and Purpose Assessment to reflect on your journey, progress, and new understanding. In a final group session, you can share your experiences.
