Online Session to identify strengths, passion, and paths forward to bring yourself to the world - for a better future.
Clarity is key - with us you'll find out
IKIGAI is a Japanese concept of finding out why to get up in the morning. In the FindingSustainia context, the reason is easy: to stand up for a good future for all of us.
Of course, everyone can only support this bigger purpose in a small way by following one's own purpose.
In a world where IKIGAI has become a mainstream buzzword, our course cuts through the noise and confusion to offer clarity and practicality. We recognize the stress and myths surrounding this concept and address them head-on. The journey starts with self-discovery, exploring personality types, communication nuances, and strategies to prevent self-sabotage. More than a traditional IKIGAI exploration, our course incorporates simple well-being and neuroscience-backed methods, ensuring you stay resilient and effective while pursuing your purpose. Join us to navigate the path to IKIGAI with a bullet-proof toolkit and guard against burnout for YOUR purposeful beginnings.
In our session, you will discover yourself on a deeper level and answer questions about your passion, your strengths, your experiences, etc. The IKIGAI concept will help us bring everything in a nice and actionable order.
Gain the clarity and strength you seek, all while enjoying the process. Trust us, you'll get the clarity you are seeking.
In our 90-minute IKIGA session we jointly identify our strengths and passions, which may lead us to make a meaningful difference.
You may choose between a session in German or in English. We'll ask you to make your decision after you officially signed in. The English session will be at 4pm, CET, the German session at 5:30pm, CET.
